 I am missing my hardware, there are no nuts and bolts included!

 All the bolts and hardware you see in the installation video has been preassembled as much as possible to get it in a box and offer free shipping.

Rather than send a bag of hardware and a long instruction sheet hoping that it gets assembled correctly, we have removed this complicated step for our customers.

You will only need to attach the pad assembly to the arms and install the Ratcheting handles to complete the assembly.
